I'm delighted to recount a recent smoky escapade that unfolded on a radiant Tuesday, the second day of spring. The sun's gentle warmth breathed new life into the season, beckoning me to fire up my 60-inch Lang BBQ smoker again.

 

While smoking chicken wings may seem like a simple endeavor, much more work goes into creating these tantalizing treats. The process begins with a trip to the market to carefully select the perfect wings, followed by the meticulous task of chopping them into the familiar, delectable morsels we can't resist. Ensuring each wing is seasoned to perfection requires attention to detail, contributing to the scrumptious final result. It's through these dedicated efforts that the wings ultimately become oh-so-scrumptious!

 

As the day progressed, an increasing number of patrons sampled these irresistible wings, all concurring that they were exceptional, a testament to the hard work invested in every bite.

 

When my sister-in-law Emily arrived to collect her share of the mouthwatering wings, she couldn't help but survey the bustling operation and passionately declared, "You have to start selling these and have an Instagram page!"

 

With her unwavering support, I established the @whitedeerbbq Instagram page, venturing into the realm of digital promotion.

 

On this platform, I'll be sharing invaluable tips, mouthwatering recipes, and unforgettable moments, all fueled by the love of BBQ. Together, we'll explore the smoky depths of this culinary art, creating a vibrant community for BBQ enthusiasts far and wide.

 

As the day came to an end and the sun dipped below the horizon, I was filled with gratitude for the support of my family, friends, and patrons.
