Low and Slow Smoked Meats

"We take pride in preparing cuts of meat like pork shoulder, brisket, and ribs with utmost care and precision. These mouthwatering pieces of meat candy undergo a slow smoking process at temperatures between 225 and 275 taking anywhere from 10 to 16 hours, resulting in ridiculousness tenderness, and flavor. At White Deer BBQ, we believe good things come to those who wait."

 

Meat is sold by the pound, in platters, and Sandwiches.  Platters come with half a pound of meat, one side, cole slaw, Jersey Pickles, and Cornbread.

 

"Melt-in-your-Mouth" Smoked Beef Brisket - Slow-cooked to perfection, our tender brisket boasts an irresistible smoky flavor and a luscious, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

$25 per/lb, $20 for a platter, and $15 for a sandwich

 

"Tender & Tangy" Pork Ribs - Ridiculously tender pork ribs infused with our unique blend of spices and lightly glazed with our house-made tangy BBQ sauce.  

$18 for a half rack and $30 for the full

 

"Piggy Perfection" Pulled Pork - Slow-smoked pulled pork, cooked to perfection and generously tossed in our flavorful sauce or naked, perfect for a hearty sandwich or as a standalone dish.

$18 per/lb, $15 for a platter, and $12 for a sandwich

 

"Smoky Chicken Delight" - Our BBQ chicken is a mouthwatering fusion of tender chicken and homemade BBQ sauce. Slow-cooked an hour and half then turn up the heat to add some crisp to the skin, this dish offers a unique blend of sweet and smoky flavors. 

$15 per/lb, $13 for a platter, and $10 for a sandwich

"Marvelous" Mac Salad - A creamy, comforting macaroni salad that combines tender pasta with a delightful medley of crunchy veggies and our special dressing.

 

 

"Golden Delight" Cornbread - Warm, fluffy cornbread with a slight hint of sweetness, baked to golden perfection.
